David Sims Jr. and Jacob Drew had a great race on Saturday in Kid Karts with Chris Trickle. Trickle led early but a strong last lap by Sims earned him the race win. Drew followed closely to the line with Trickle in tow. Sunday's Kid Heavey was a blowout as Trickle was on a pace that no one could touch. Trickle went flag to flag for the Heavey victory, but Connor Hanson was on fire the last few laps and closed the gap somewhat to finish in 2nd. Third place was up for grabs right to the end with Juan Bultrago just beating Noah Garza and Drew to the line.
